Riveting stuff! But I was waiting to hear what was said about the pros and cons of salt & vinegar (are there any cons?) - and vinegar versus mayo/ketchup etc. I eagerly await the next instalment. (Told you you ought to make it into a 'Massive Minute Movie'!).
